Hospitality-grade products (i.e. hospitality TVs, PTAC units, etc.) are designed for continuous use and heavy guest traffic. They often include stronger internal components, easier serviceability, and features designed specifically for hotel environments. Residential equipment may fail sooner when used in hotels because it is not designed for constant operation.
